This website is operated by Wydawnictwo Oculino ("Oculino"). Oculino is a publishing house registered in Poland (No: PL-6652785467) and our registered office address is: ul. Gen. Tadeusza Kutrzeby 14/19, 61-711 Poznan, Poland.

Oculino complies with data protection legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998. This regulates the processing of personal data relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the types of information we gather about you online when you visit our website(s), how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct the information. Oculino takes great pride in building strong relationships with its users and takes users' privacy concerns seriously. Oculino strives to reasonably protect the privacy of its users and treat any personal information with the requisite level of care and respect. By visiting or using this website or any websites, webpages, blogs, widgets and applications owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Oculino or any games, products and services available on or through the Oculino Sites (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. Oculino recognizes the heightened need to specifically protect the personal information of children using the Services. Oculino does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age. It is Oculino' requirement that any children under 18 must have their parent or guardian’s permission to access and use the Services. This Privacy Policy covers Oculino treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other data that Oculino gathers when you are accessing the Services. Emails from You: If a user contacts Oculino by email, Oculino will use the personally identifiable email address information only to respond to the specific inquiry. All users acknowledge and agree that by posting any user submissions, Oculino may send you email and other communication that it determines in its sole discretion relate to said user.

Cookies: Oculino may use software technology called 'cookies' which consist of small text files stored in a computer's internet browsers to assist it in providing users with the highest level of service. IP Address: When users access the Services, Oculino collects some non-personally identifiable information concerning the computer used for access, such as an Internet Protocol ('IP') address and the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows Vista, Windows XP or Mac OS) being used. An IP address is the set of numbers that every computer is assigned by the specific Internet Service Provider ('ISP'). These numbers allow a server to automatically identify a user's computer and Oculino may use it to help diagnose server problems or otherwise to administer the Services. Oculino may also use technology to track access and traffic patterns within the Services. Oculino may also use this information to determine which areas of the Services are the most enjoyed or accessed by users.

Third Party Platforms: When you access the Services by or through a third party platform (including Facebook), you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your third party platform profile/account. You additionally allow us to access information contained in cookies placed on your device by the third party platform as permitted by the terms of your agreement and privacy settings with the third party platform. Oculino may share this information with the third party platform for their use as permitted by the terms of your agreement and privacy settings with the Third Party Platform.

All pertinent information collected will only be used to provide the Services. From time to time Oculino may engage third parties for technical, processing or other services related to the Services. However, Oculino will use all reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that such parties are obligated to keep the information secure and confidential. Oculino may disclose personal information to the extent necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, or to otherwise protect the rights of users of the site. Sale of Business or Assets: In some cases, Oculino may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. In the event that all or substantially all of Oculino's assets are sold, given, or otherwise transferred to another entity, all user information collected as part of access to and use of the Oculino service would likely be transferred to that entity as well. 5. Transferring Your Information Outside of Europe

As part of the Services, the Personal Information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK.
